Model FT2 Gas Mass Flow Meter and Temperature Transmitter

The Fox Model FT2 Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter and Temperature Transmitter measures two important process variables in one rugged instrument.

The Model FT2 measures gas flow rate in standard units without the need for temperature and pressure compensation.

Model FT2 Mass Flow Meter
INSERTION

Probes: 4” to 36”
Simple installation with weld-o-let and compression fitting
316SS probe and sensor standard; Hastelloy C276 optional

Model FT2 Mass Flow Meter
INLINE

Sizes: ¼” to 6”
Built-in flow conditioners; reduces straight pipe requirement
NPT, flange and butt weld end connections

Measures process gas and temperature

4 to 20 mA output proportional to mass flow rate

RS232 standard, optional RS422/RS485 Modbus, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, or Ethernet Modbus TCP

FM and FMc approved for Class I, II, III, Div 2, Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G, T4 hazardous locations; NEMA 4X approved; Remote NEMA 4X electronics enclosure with explosion proof sensor j-box.

Equipped with the Power Pro™ thermal mass flow sensor

NIST traceable calibration

One discrete output for alarms & one discrete input to reset total

Wide measurement range
