Model FT2 Flow and Temperature Transmitter 

The FOX Model FT2 provides a direct mass flow measurement of air and gases in SCFM, NM3H, Kg/Hr, and other mass units.

Two isolated 4-20 mA outputs for flow and temperature, and one pulse output for flow are standard.

The FT2 is ideal for measuring low velocity flow rates and offer a wide measurement range; typically 100:1.

Insertion type meters substantially reduce installation cost and can be installed in pipe sizes from 1-1/2" and all the way up to large ducts. Other features include:

• The Fox Power Pro Sensor is operated at a higher power level than competitive models, resulting in improved response time and wider turndown.
• The sensor is all-welded and is constructed of grade 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy C276 as an option. There are no moving parts.
• The FT2 is field-programmable using the display and configuration panel or a Palm PDA.
• Communications options include RS232 for connecting a Palm Handheld or computer;
  RS422/RS485-Modbus, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet and Ethernet.

Inline meters are available for ¼” to 6” pipes and have built-in flow conditioners that reduce the requirement for long straight upstream and down stream pipe runs.
